Refund Policy

1. Automatic credit refunds

Every run that fails or is blocked by the safety policy is refunded in credits automatically and immediately — you can see the refund entry in your ledger. You never pay for a deliverable you did not receive.

2. Cash refunds for credit packs

• Unused packs: a credit pack that is entirely unused may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase — email info@zorost.com from your account email with your payment receipt.
• Partially used packs: within 14 days of purchase we refund the unused portion pro-rata, minus payment-processor fees, at our discretion.
• Welcome and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

3. Quality complaints

Generative output is inherently variable. If a sealed deliverable is clearly defective (e.g. corrupted file, empty render, verification seal contradicting the delivered figures), report it within 7 days with the generation ID and we will re-run it or credit it back.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved within one business day. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
